Srinivas, a resident of Gundlasingaram village on the outskirts of Warangal town, took out a loan from a private finance company to buy the vehicle in order to make a living.

In the meantime, he allegedly failed to pay the deposit, which led to pressure from the company’s loan collectors. Disturbed by this, Srinivas set the autorickshaw on fire on the town’s main road.
